Upon full payment of the project fee, all usage and commercial rights to the delivered final product are unconditionally transferred to you; you get full code access and are never locked into the agency. The transfer applies to the final product developed specifically for you. We retain the right to reuse the generic code infrastructure (general code snippets, open-source or proprietary frameworks, and generic UI components) that forms the foundation of the project.
