Every current iPhone and Android reads vCard codes with the built-in camera app, no extra software needed, and offers to save the contact. The generated code follows the RFC 2426 vCard standard, so contact apps map the fields correctly.
Can I change my details later?

The code is static: your details are stored inside it. If your number or title changes you generate a new code and retire the old one. The upside of that design is that the code never depends on our servers and never expires.
Is my information stored anywhere?

No. Everything you type is processed in your browser and embedded into the code itself. Your name, phone and email are never sent to a server or saved; closing the page clears them from the browser too.
